If you click on one of the entries in list on the Results tab then the full catalogue entry for that record will be displayed on the Details tab.

Browsing through the records

In this display you will only see one entry at a time. You can browse to the next full catalogue entry from your search results by clicking > at the top of the record. Clicking < will take you back to the previous one. To skip to the last entry, click >> or click << to go to the first entry. You can also click on a number between the arrows to go to a particular entry in the list.

Hierarchy browser

Under each catalogue entry is a hierarchy browser that allows you to view the entry in context. Click on the plus (+) sign to expand the hierarchy. You can click on any part of the hierarchy from here to go to the full catalogue entry for that part of the hierarchy.

Selecting records

You can add an individual catalogue entry to your selection by clicking Add to selection on the top left. Click on Remove from selection to deselect it.

You can find your selected records by clicking on Selection from the top menu. From here you can review your selection, remove items from it, print and/or download it.

Printing or downloading the currently displayed catalogue entry

The currently displayed catalogue entry can be printed or downloaded as an HTML page. Click on the printer icon or downward arrow icon on the left under Actions.
