The series contains transcripts of court hearings in the Rašević & Todović case (IT-97-25/1).

A transcript was a verbatim, written record of a court hearing or other proceeding.

Transcripts were produced in the Tribunal’s official languages i.e. English and French.

The date of a transcript was the date of the hearing.

For the Rašević & Todović case, there are transcripts for the pre-trial proceedings, 18 August 2003 - 9 July 2004, including the initial appearances of Mitar Rašević, 18 August 2003, and Savo Todović, 19 January 2005, the Rule 65 ter hearings, 5 April - 3 November 2004, and the Rule 11 bis hearing, 12 May 2005.
