The sub-fonds contains records documenting the activities associated with managing the ICTY's budget. ICTY budgets were compiled internally and submitted to United Nations Headquarters for approval. Approval was given by the Fifth Committee of the General Assembly, following reports from the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions (ACABQ).
