Media Reports were compiled by the ICTY Media Office for internal use and contained articles from the international press on the ICTY, regional war crimes (e.g. regional courts working on war crimes cases), wider political issues in the region relevant to the work of the ICTY and anything related to the other international and local courts and international justice topics (such as ICTR and the ICC). Where Media Reports covered the international press, Regional Briefings covered regional sources from the countries of the former Yugoslavia.
