Scope and Content
The sub-fonds contains records documenting the activities associated with managing pre-trial proceedings. This includes the assignment of a Trial Chamber and judges to hear pre-trial proceedings, pre-trial work plan management and communications of Chambers with the parties and with Registry during pre-trial proceedings. They consist of:
