The sub-fonds contains records documenting the activities associated with managing trial proceedings. This includes motion adjudication and the issuance of related decisions and orders, the preparation of trial judgements, and communications of the Chambers with the parties and Registry staff during trial proceedings. They consist of:

ICTY/TPM/1 - Records of trial motion adjudication and the issuance of related decisions and orders [see ICTY/JCR]

ICTY/TPM/2 - Records of Chamber/Chambers staff communications with the parties and Registry staff during trial proceedings and associated activities [see ICTY/JCR]

ICTY/TPM/3 - Working papers and notes of Judges and Chambers staff related to site visits conducted during trial proceedings, 2006-2013

ICTY/TPM/4 - Records related to the preparation of trial judgements, sentencing judgements, and separate and dissenting opinions to trial judgements [see ICTY/JCR]

ICTY/TPM/5 - Records related to other activities at the trial stage, 2005-2015

NOTE. The deliberations of the Chamber took place in private and were to remain secret (Rule 29, Rules of Procedure and Evidence, IT/32/Rev.50), so no deliberations material has been retained.
