ICTY/SEE/5: Records related to designating the States in which convicts were to serve sentences of imprisonment, 2000-2013
ICTY/SEE/6: Records related to pardon and commutation of sentence, 1999-2015
ICTY/SEE/7: Agreements with bodies designated to inspect conditions of imprisonment [see ICTY/EOR/1/1]
From 1 July 2013 the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (IRMCT) took over the supervision of the enforcement of sentences for ICTY cases. The IRMCT also had jurisdiction to designate enforcement States, including for persons convicted by the ICTY after that date. Relevant records following this date are IRMCT records.
