The ICTY's Detention Unit was a remand centre under the supervision of the Tribunal's Registry and was located within a Dutch prison complex in the Scheveningen neighbourhood of The Hague. The series contains the Services and Facilities Agreement between the ICTY and the Kingdom of the Netherlands for the lease of the detention facility from the Host State and related correspondence.
