NOTE. Simo Drljača and Milan Kovačević were indicted with Stakić. Simo Drljača was killed while resisting arrest and his name was removed from the indictment on 12 May 1998. Milan Kovačević died on 1 August 1998 at the ICTY Detention Unit. On 24 August 1998, the Trial Chamber terminated proceedings against him.
