The series contains audiovisual recordings of court proceedings in the Kupreškić et al. case (IT-95-16).
An audiovisual recording was made of each court hearing or other proceeding.
Recordings included protective measures, such as voice and/or face distortion, which were granted by a Chamber to protect the identity of a witness.
There were different versions of recordings:
- "Floor" recording: recording of what was spoken in the courtroom, in the language(s) in which it was spoken
- "English": recording of what was spoken in the courtroom, with English interpretation of speech in language(s) other than English
- "French": recording of what was spoken in the courtroom with French interpretation of speech in language(s) other than French
- "BCS": recording what was spoken in the courtroom with BCS interpretation of speech in languages other than BCS
For the Kupreškić et al. case, there are audiovisual recordings for:
- the pre-trial proceedings, 8 October 1997 – 15 May 1998, including the initial appearances of Zoran Kupreškić, Mirjan Kupreškić, Drago Josipović, Vladimir Šantić, Dragan Papić, and Marinko Katava, 8 October 1997, and Vlatko Kupreškić, 16 January 1998, and the granting of the motion to withdraw the indictment against Marinko Katava, 19 December 1997
- the trial proceedings, 17 August 1998 – 14 January 2000, including the trial hearings, 17 August 1998 – 11 November 1999, and delivery of the trial judgement, 14 January 2000
- the appeal proceedings, 17 May 2000 – 23 October 2001, including status conferences preceding and related to the appeal, 17 May 2000 - 9 July 2001, the appeal hearings, 23 - 25 July 2001, and the delivery of the appeal judgement, 23 October 2001
