The series contains filings in the Meakić et al. case (IT-95-4). 

A filing was a record related to the case which was submitted by a Chamber, a Judge, a Party or a Non-Party (“Submitting Party”) and entered in the Case File by the Court Records Office.  

A Party was the Prosecutor or the Defence.

A Non-Party was the Registrar or any other individual or entity authorized to file records in a case before the Tribunal, including an amicus curiae, a State, an organization or an individual.

Examples of records submitted: briefs; decisions; orders; indictments; motions; notices; warrants.

The date of a filing was the date on which the Court Records Office entered the record in the Case File. This was often, though not always, the same as the date of the document itself. 

NOTE. The date ranges of filings do not exactly match the dates of proceedings because there were filings in the case after proceedings concluded.

For the Meakić et al. case, there are filings in pre-trial proceedings (IT-95-4-I, IT-95-4-PT), 10 February 1995 -  31 October 2002, including the decision granting the withdrawal of the indictment against Zdravko Govedarica, Goran Gruban, Nikica Janjić, Predrag Kostić, Nedjeljko Paspalj, Milan Pavlić, Milutin Popović, Draženko Predojević, Željko Savić, Mirko Babić and Dragomir Šaponja, 12 May 1998, and the decision on the Prosecutor's motion for joinder of the accused, 17 September 2002.
