The series contains transcripts of court hearings in the Bagosora case (ICTR-96-7).

A transcript was a verbatim, written record of a court hearing or other proceeding.

Transcripts were produced in the Tribunal's official languages i.e. English and French.

The date of a transcript was the date of the hearing.

For the Bagosora case there are transcripts for:

• the pre-trial proceedings, 12 March 1996 – 7 February 2002, including the hearing of the prosecutor's motion for the joinder of the accused and amended indictment in the matter of the prosecutor versus Théonest Bagosora, Gratien Kabiligi, Aloys Ntabakuze, and Anatole Nsengiyumva (ICTR-98-41), 2 September 1998, hearing of the prosecutor's request for leave to file an amended indictment in the matter of the prosecutor versus Théonest Bagosora (ICTR-96-7), 11 August 1999, and the initial appearance of Théonest Bagosora, 20 February 1997, 7 March 1997 and 13 August 1999
