The series contains transcripts of court hearings in the Simić et al. case (IT-95-9). 

A transcript was a verbatim, written record of a court hearing or other proceeding.

Transcripts were produced in the Tribunal’s official languages i.e. English and French.

The date of a transcript was the date of the hearing.

For the Simić et al. case, there are transcripts for:

• the pre-trial proceedings, 17 February 1998 - 25 July 2001, including the initial appearances of Milan Simić and Miroslav Tadić, 17 February 1998, Simo Zarić, 26 February 1998, and Blagoje Simić, 15 March 2001, and the hearing on the motion for the provisional release of Milan Simić, 26 March 1998
• the trial proceedings, 10 September 2001 - 17 October 2003, including the trial hearings, 10 September 2001 - 4 July 2003, Rule 71 hearings, 4 - 7 February 2003, and delivery of the trial judgement, 17 October 2003
• the appeal proceedings, 5 March 2004 - 28 November 2006, including the appeal hearing, 2 June 2006, and the appeal judgement, 28 November 2006
