The sub-fonds contains records that document activities associated with managing the IRMCT's budget. IRMCT budgets were compiled internally (until 2018 this was done by the ICTY Budget Section) and submitted to United Nations Headquarters for approval. Approval was given by the Fifth Committee of the General Assembly, following reports from the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions (ACABQ). The budget management records consist of:

IRMCT/BMA/2: Records related to the final budget submission to UNHQ and the final budget approved by the General Assembly, 2013-2015
