The series contains files maintained by the President's Office over the course of several Presidents, starting with President Jorda. They cover a wide range of topics, including: administration of the Office; liaison with other parts of the ICTY, including Administration, the Prosecutor and the Registrar; Co-ordination council; Management Committee; liaison with the judges; liaison with defence counsel; judicial measures by the President; the Appeals Chamber of both the ICTY and the ICTR; Tribunal reform; Completion Strategy; outreach and legacy; the Rules Committee and amendments to the Rules of Procedure and Evidence; diplomatic activities of the President; external relations and the media; and liaison with the United Nations and other international courts and tribunals. 

The files are arranged following the filing structure put in place in the President's Office during President Jorda's term in office. See files in sub-series ICTY/EOR/1/4/2 for the list this arrangement is based on. Files from later President's which did not follow the early numbering scheme have been added to the appropriate sub-series. The titles for the sub-series are taken from the 2001 file list.
