The stabiliser tail fin was tendered by the Prosecution and admitted as exhibit P1454 during the trial hearing in the Karadžić case (IT-95-5/18) on 19 August 2010.
The artefact was also used in the Mladić case (IT-09-92) on 30 August 2013. Since the artefact was in evidence in the Karadžić case, the Registry could not also mark it as evidence in the Mladić case. Photographs were admitted on in lieu of the object in that case as exhibit P2053.
