The series consists of the ICTY budget manuals, known as the "Pink Book".
The Pink Book was prepared by the Budget Section to provide a summarized version of the budget for the biennium, as approved by the General Assembly, to Certifying Officers and Section Chiefs. They contain a detailed breakdown of the ICTY budget account codes and the corresponding appropriations for each biennium. They do not cover the full budget proposals, which were forwarded by the ICTY to Budget Division in New York and do not contain all detailed arguments put forward in support of post and non-post resources.
