- Reference codeICTY/PTP/4
- Date(s)2006-2011
- Scope and Content
The sub-sub-fonds documents the activities associated with establishing a pre-trial work plan and making any subsequent adjustments to it and the activities associated with overseeing the implementation of a pre-trial work plan.
Pre-trial work plans were introduced with the amendment of Rule 65ter (D) on 12 April 2001. There will therefore be no pre-trial work plan for cases in the pre-trial stage prior to 2001. Cases at this stage post-April 2001 will only have a work plan if required under the Rule.
Records related to pre-trial work plan management consist of the work plan, as filed, correspondence with the parties related to the implementation of the work plan and reports from a Senior Legal Officer to a pre-trial Judge which are on the record. All of these records, where they were produced, were filed on the Case File for relevant judicial cases, along with motions, orders and decisions related to the work plan.
In some cases there was no formal filed work plan, but the work plan was outlined verbally in a pre-trial hearing or status conference.
